Mitchell is a professional property manager and unique. He knows what the tenant is looking for during, before, and after their stay. I have rented one of his properties and lived with my wife and two children with no complaints. During our stay, he came in time to time to take care of the lawn and never noticed his existence, he usually does his job quit and leave. We enjoyed staying in his property and before the move out inspection, he helped me with repairs to some damage we had with the property.
Mitchell knows how to take care of his business without sacrificing honesty and professionalism. He never treated damage deposit as a source of income for his business. He could come up with excuses to keep the deposit but he never did, he returned the damage deposit as per the contract within a week from the move out inspection date.
